Theo kế hoạch Tháng 9/2015, Tòa nhà sẽ cải tạo lại nghành hàng , nâng cấp TTTM, tầng trệt sẽ không còn cơ hội cho FW/ACC: thay vào đó là fashion brands, để đảm bảo giữ được vị trí hiện tại, chúng tôi hiện đã khép lại đàm phán với chủ nhà để giữ nguyên và mở rộng thêm diện tích cho gian hàng hiện tại là: 124 m2 thay vì 84 m2 ( hiện nay); các nhãn hàng mới sẽ được thay thế là: DKNY/BCBG/KAREN MILLEN/ NW/ MAX&CO/ COST ( pls see the layout as attached; về đề xuất chúng tôi sẽ gửi vào email kế tiếp)
