. This is also my research article content "service customers of Starbucks Coffee in Vietnam". In this study, my purpose is business strategy analysis of Starbucks, namely building strategic customer service. I will give the basic theory about the customer service, the importance of it for the enterprise business. Through it, I will give the identification and evaluation of the Starbucks customer service. analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the Starbucks and take measures to solve the problem in confidence-building strategy of the customer. Besides, find out whether Starbucks has featured point to attract consumers? How they can create customer loyalty for their products?
