Trước khi đăng ký tham gia và hoạt động tại diễn đàn, bạn phải đọc kỹ và tuân thủ đúng các quy tắc được đề ra dưới đây
1. Quy tắc chung:

Diễn đàn FreeHD là diễn đàn phi lợi nhuận, được thành lập nhằm mục đích tạo sân chơi chung cho tất cả mọi người có chung niềm đam mê với các nội dung High Definition.
Bản nội quy này được thông báo công khai đến mọi người, khi đăng ký làm thành viên diễn đàn có nghĩa là bạn đã đọc, hiểu và chấp nhận. Đây sẽ là căn cứ để xử lý và giải quyết thắc mắc của thành viên.
Nội dung của nội quy có thể thay đổi bất cứ lúc nào mà không cần báo trước.
Giúp đỡ và thân thiện với các thành viên khác, đặc biệt là các thành viên mới.
Sử dụng chức năng tìm kiếm để tìm kiếm nội dung bạn cần cũng như khi bạn Request.
Trong mọi trường hợp, quyết định của BQT là quyết định sau cùng. Nếu bạn có ý kiến khác với BQT xin vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi bằng cách gửi chủ đề tại Box Ý kiến đóng góp
Ngoài những quy định chung đã nêu trong nội quy này còn có quy định cho từng box riêng.

2. Quy định về các nội dung đăng tải trên diễn đàn:

Thành viên phải chịu tránh nhiệm về nội dung bài viết của mình. BQT không chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung do các thành viên đăng tải cũng như các hành động, phát ngôn của các thành viên.
Sử dụng tiếng Việt đúng chuẩn (đúng chính tả, đúng ngữ pháp, đầy đủ dấu...). Hạn chế tối đa việc sử dụng tiếng nước ngoài.
Diễn đàn không chấp nhận bất cứ nội dung nào vi phạm luật pháp nước CHXHCN Việt Nam, đi ngược lại với thuần phong mỹ tục và truyền thống văn hoá của nước Việt Nam.
Cấm tuyệt đối các nội dung thảo luận về chính trị và tôn giáo. Mọi thành viên vi phạm sẽ bị khóa account vĩnh viễn.
Không sử dụng từ ngữ thô tục, mất văn hoá, xúc phạm, vu khống thành viên khác.
Không được sử dụng chữ IN HOA, không được sử dụng cỡ chữ quá to hoặc quá nhỏ, màu mè gây khó khăn cho người đọc.
Khi gửi chủ đề mới phải ghi rõ prefix về link, thể loại để cho các thành viên được dễ dàng hơn trong việc chọn lựa.
Nội dung thảo luận phải liên quan tới chủ đề đang tham gia. Tránh lan man, lạc đề.
Phải ghi rõ nguồn với các bài viết được lấy thông tin từ các trang web khác. Không được đưa liên kết dẫn đến các trang web đồi trụy, không lành mạnh, các trang web có chứa mã độc hại. Điều này áp dụng với mọi box.
Không post bài sai box. Mọi hình thức quảng cáo, rủ rê, lôi kéo ngoài box Mua bán đều bị cấm. Người lập chủ đề sẽ bị khóa tài khoản vĩnh viễn.
Bấm nút Like nếu thấy một bài viết hữu ích với bạn.
Các hành vi lăng mạ, vu cáo đối với Điều hành viên (Mod), Điều hành viên cấp cao (Smod) và Quản trị viên (Admin) có thể dẫn tới việc ban nick vĩnh viễn ngay lập tức.

3. Quy định về tên tài khoản (username) & thông tin cá nhân (personal info)

Tên tài khoản của thành viên không được sử dụng các từ ngữ có nghĩa phản cảm, có thể gây hiểm nhầm, có thể luận ra ý nghĩa xấu hay đi ngược lại thuần phong mỹ tục của nước Việt Nam.
Không trùng hoặc nhái lại tên lãnh tụ, vĩ nhân, tên và username của thành viên khác đã đăng ký trước đó.

4. Quy định về hình ảnh đại diện (avatar) & hình ảnh cá nhân (personal photo):

Hình ảnh đại diện (avatar) và hình ảnh cá nhân (personal photo) không được sử dụng hình ảnh khiêu dâm, đồi trụy, kinh dị, bạo lực.
Không sử dụng hình ảnh của người khác với dụng ý xấu.
Không sử dụng hình ảnh các vị lãnh tụ, lãnh đạo cấp cao, quan chức Nhà nước của Việt Nam.
Nghiêm cấm hình ảnh liên quan đến tôn giáo, tín ngưỡng và các biểu tượng thiêng liêng.

Mục đích của các quy định này là để giữ cho nội dung bài viết của thành viên được tốt hơn, hữu ích hơn. Các quy định này sẽ còn được bổ sung, thay đổi cho phù hợp với sự phát triển của diễn đàn.
