(3) Trong trường hợp xảy ra sự kiện

(3) Trong trường hợp xảy ra sự kiện bất khả kháng, thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng sẽ được kéo dài bằng đúng thời gian diễn ra sự kiện bất khả kháng mà Bên bị ảnh hưởng không thể thực hiện được các nghĩa vụ theo Hợp đồng của mình.

(3) In the event of unforeseen events, the duration of the contract will be extended by the duration of the event to which the affected Parties are not able to perform the obligations under his contract.

(3) In the event of a force majeure event, the time to perform the contract will be extended by the time of the event of force majeure which the affected Party can not perform its obligations under the Contract his contract.
