Giá trị hợp đồng được CHỦ TÀU thanh

Giá trị hợp đồng được CHỦ TÀU thanh toán cho BÊN ĐÓNG được chia làm 04 (bốn) lần như sau:
- Lần 1: CHỦ TÀU thanh toán 5% giá trị hợp đồng, tương ứng là 85.000 USD (Tám mươi lăm nghìn đô la Mỹ), trong thời hạn 05 (năm) ngày kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng;
- Lần 2: CHỦ TÀU thanh toán 20% giá trị hợp đồng, tương ứng là 170.000 USD (Một trăm bảy mươi nghìn đô la Mỹ) khi tiến hành đặt đóng tàu..
- Lần 3: CHỦ TÀU thanh toán 70% giá trị hợp đồng, tương ứng là 595.000 USD (Năm trăm chín mươi lăm nghìn đô la Mỹ). Khi hai bên tiến hành làm thủ tục bàn giao để nhận tàu tại Malaysia.
- Lần 4: CHỦ TÀU thanh toán 5% giá trị hợp đồng còn lại, tương ứng là 85.000 USD (Tám mươi lăm nghìn đô la Mỹ) sau 15 ngày kể từ ngày tàu về đến Việt Nam.
