- Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên hoặc

- Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên hoặc thành viên yêu cầu triệu tập họp chủ tọa cuộc họp. Cuộc họp của Hội đồng thành viên phải được ghi vào sổ biên bản của công ty. Nội dung biên bản phải có các nội dung chủ yếu sau đây:
+ Mục đích, chương trình và nội dung họp;
+ Thời gian, địa điểm họp;
+ Họ, tên chủ tọa , thành viên dự họp,
+ Các ý kiến của thành viên dự họp;
+ Các quyết định được thông qua, số thành viên chấp thuận và nội dung cơ bản của các quyết đó;
+ Họ, tên, chữ ký và các thành viên dự họp.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Chairman of the Board members or members requested to convene the meeting to preside the meeting. The meeting of the Council of members shall be recorded in the minutes book of the company. Record content must have the following principal contents:+ The purpose, content and programme of the meeting;+ Time, place of the meeting;+ Family name, Chairman, members,+ The comments of members;+ The decisions adopted, members approved and basic content of the decision;+ Family, name, signature and the members.

- Chairman of the board members or members requested to convene a meeting chaired the meeting. Meetings of Board members shall be recorded in the minute book of the company. Content of the record must contain the following key:
+ Purpose, agenda and content of the meeting;
+ Time and place of the meeting;
+ Full name of chairperson, the attending members,
+ The opinion attending members;
+ The decision was adopted, the number of members approved and basic content of such decisions;
+ Full name, signature and the participating members.
