- Nếu việc ký kết hợp đồng với nhân viên được thực hiện theo phướng án A ở trên, nếu có lập trình viên nghỉ việc mà không phải do lỗi của VNDIRECT thì VNDIRECT sẽ thông báo cho SMARTDEV bằng văn bản để SMARTDEV tìm kiếm ứng viên phù hợp thay thế. VNDIRECT không phải chi trả chi phí cho việc tuyển dụng ứng viên thay thế này. Trong thời gian 03 (ba) tháng sau khi nhận thông báo về lập trình viên nghỉ việc mà SMARTDEV không tìm được lập trình viên thay thế thì SMARTDEV sẽ chuyển trả 100% chi phí tuyển dụng cho VNDIRECT

-If the signing contracts with employees to follow the traditional approach to project A above, if the programmer is not the fault of BOTH, then BOTH will inform in writing to SMARTDEV SMARTDEV looking for suitable candidates to replace. BOTH do not have to pay costs for recruiting candidates to replace this. During 3 (three) months after receiving notice of the programmer that SMARTDEV can't find SMARTDEV, then replace the programmer will switch to pay 100% of the costs of recruiting for BOTH

- If the signing of contract with employees is done under option A above, if any programmer quit without fault of the VNDIRECT VNDIRECT will notify in writing to SMARTDEV SMARTDEV seeking candidates suitable alternative. VNDIRECT not cover the costs for recruiting this replacement candidate. Within 03 (three) months after receipt of notice of quitting programmer that SMARTDEV not find a replacement, the programmer will return 100% SMARTDEV recruitment costs for VNDIRECT
