Các cam kết của Việt Nam khi gia nhập WTO, bao gồm:
+ Cam kết đa phương:
Các cam kết đa phương của Việt Nam được xây dựng trên nền tảng của các nguyên tắc quy định trong các hiệp định của WTO. Đây là những nguyên tắc ràng buộc cho tất cả các thành viên với mục đích của hệ thống quản lý và cơ chế hoạt động thương mại của các tiêu chuẩn chung nhất quán các nước thành viên.
Về cơ bản, chúng tôi cam kết thực hiện tất cả các Hiệp định WTO ngay khi gia nhập. Thỏa thuận này đưa ra các quy định cụ thể đối với ngành thương mại được quy định bởi WTO: cấp phép, hải quan, kiểm dịch, chống bán phá giá, sở hữu trí tuệ ...
+ Cam kết mở cửa thị trường dịch vụ:
Các quốc gia đã cam kết khoảng 110 phân ngành trong tổng số 155 phụ -sectors 11 ngành dịch vụ theo WTO phân loại.
Cam kết phục vụ trong các điều khoản của WTO rộng hơn, nhưng mức độ cao hơn không nhiều của sự cởi mở hơn so với Hiệp định Thương mại song phương Việt Nam (BTA). Đất nước chúng ta đã bảo vệ các ngành, các ngành nhạy cảm như bảo hiểm, phân phối, du lịch ... với mức độ cam kết gần như BTA. Đối với các ngành khác, nước ta đã thực hiện thương mại theo định hướng phát triển dịch vụ phát triển nhất quán nói riêng và nền kinh tế nói chung. Điều quan trọng là đất nước của chúng tôi đã đạt được một lộ trình thực hiện cho giai đoạn chuyển tiếp trong khoảng 3-5 năm đối với các cam kết chính trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ quan trọng
