Trong nhiều năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực cơ khí sửa chữa, bảo trì và bảo dưỡng tôi đã có rất nhiều trải nghiệm trong công việc . Một lần Tôi đã được giao cho nhiệm vụ để tìm nguyên nhân lỗi shutdown của động cơ diesel B3516 máy phát điện . Tại thời điểm này máy cứ chạy khoảng fifteen phút máy báo nhiệt độ nước làm mát cao và máy bị shutdown . Tôi phải làm việc trực tiếp với các bộ phận khác và nhà cung cấp thiết bị để tìm nguyên nhân lỗi trong thời gian hai ngày . Tôi viết ra những mục tiêu và lên kế hoạch chi tiết . Nghĩa là tôi tạo ra những điều tôi thực sự muốn, và chúng đã được tôi suy nghĩ thông suốt . Sau đó tôi từng bước thực hiện những mục tiêu trong khung thời gian nhất định và cố gắng hoàn thành chúng cho đúng thời hạn. Vì vậy, tôi bao giờ cũng muốn cố gắng hoàn thành tốt để khẳng định bản thân bằng cách mở rộng kiến thức và khả năng. Vượt qua được những thách như vậy sẽ giúp tôi cảm thấy mình thật sự thành công .
