Trong năm 2016, nhiều quy định mới về tăng lương bắt đầu có hiệu lực thi hành. Cụ thể như sau:
1. Tăng lương tối thiểu vùng

Theo Nghị định 122/2015/NĐ-CP thì mức lương tối thiểu vùng áp dụng đối với doanh nghiệp từ ngày 01/01/2016 như sau:

- Vùng I: 3.500.000 đồng/tháng (tăng 400.000 đồng so với Nghị định 103/2014/NĐ-CP).

- Vùng II: 3.100.000 đồng/tháng (tăng 350.000 đồng so với Nghị định 103).

- Vùng III: 2.700.000 đồng/tháng (tăng 300.000 đồng so với Nghị định 103).

- Vùng IV: 2.400.000 đồng/tháng (tăng 250.000 đồng so với Nghị định 103).

Danh mục địa bàn thuộc vùng I, vùng II, vùng III và vùng IV được quy định tại Phụ lục ban hành kèm theo Nghị định này.
