Hợp đồng, Phụ lục về Nội quy của Hội chợ kèm theo có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Việc ký kết giữa các bên là hoàn toàn tự nguyện. Hợp đồng này đính kèm Đăng ký kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp được hỗ trợ như một phần không thể thiếu của hợp đồng. Hợp đồng được lập thành 02 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ 01 bản.
