Dự thảo, đàm phán các hợp đồng tín dụng của Công ty .
Làm việc với cơ quan nhà nước xin cấp ưu đãi đầu tư: hướng dẫn và làm thủ tục xin cấp ưu đãi đầu tư cho các dự án thuộc đối tượng được ưu đãi đầu tư.
Tham gia đàm phán Hợp đồng theo chức năng: Hợp đồng kinh tế, Hợp đồng với các đối tác nước ngoài
Làm thủ tục thanh toán hợp đồng theo điều khoản hợp đồng
