HPC đã kiểm tra và làm việc với đơn vị sản xuất xin được báo cáo như sau:
Túi được sản xuât staij nhà máy số 1 (NMN1) - do không có số Lot - nên HPC không thể tả lời chính xác thời điểm và PO túi lỗi cũng như cá nhân vi phạm
Tuy nhiên về nguyên nhân: Túi lỗi xảy ra trong quá tình cắt dán - vì lí do nào đó màng film bị trượt khỏi dưỡn đế phân cách đường dán chữ V (Bên trái túi) dẫn tới đường dán chữ V dính vào nhau - tạo thành túi lỗi
- Công nhân cắt dán, công nhân không kiểm soát kĩ nên không loại hết túi lỗi
Biện pháp:
1. Phổ biến và gửi túi lỗi đến bộ phận cắt kiểm để biết và lưu ý kiểm tra
2. Thực hiện nghiêm việc kiểm tra chất lượng túi ở đầu cuộn, giữa cuộn và cuối cuộn (nhằm phát hiện và khoanh vùng túi lỗi)
3. Khi phát hiện có túi lỗi bị hiện tượng trên phải kiểm tra lại 100% hộp sản phẩm của cuộn đó
4. Đặc biệt, công nhân kiểm phải kiểm tra tất cả các tập túi như túi siêu thị và kiểm tra chất lượng đường dán chữ V để đảm bảo không có các hiện tượng lỗi tương tự xảy ra
Lỗi này rất ít khi xảy ra và nếu xảy ra thường chỉ bị một vài chục túi
