1. Tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài quy định tại điểm a khoản 1 Điều 159 của Luật này được thực hiện các quyền của chủ sở hữu nhà ở theo quy định tại Điều 10 của Luật này; trường hợp xây dựng nhà ở trên đất thuê thì chỉ được quyền cho thuê nhà ở.
