Mọi thông báo gửi cho Chủ sở hữu hoặc cho Kỹ sư theo các điều khoản của hợp đồng đều được thực hiện bằng cách gửi qua bưu điện hoạc giao đến từng địa chỉ được chỉ định vì mục đích đó trong phần 2 của những điều kiện này.
