• LM là một phần mềm. Có nghĩa là nó chỉ hoạt động trên hệ điều hành window. Vì vậy, người dùng cần phải có một thiết bị với hệ điều hành được cài đặt trên. lm là thiết kế để chủ yếu là sử dụng trên máy tính xách tay và máy tính bàn. GUI nên như thân thiện là tốt, dễ sử dụng.
• CMS cho LM là microsoft access cũng cấp dữ liệu cho phần mềm. Người quản lý có thể dễ dàng cập nhật thêm tài liệu,sách,quản lý sinh viên mượn sách, vv...
• lm là dự định là một sản phẩm độc lập và không nên phụ thuộc vào sự sẵn có của phần mềm khác.
