Điều 22. Nhiệm vụ của giáo viên
1. Giảng dạy theo đúng mục tiêu, nội dung, chương trình giáo dục, kế hoạch dạy học; soạn bài, chấm bài, lên lớp đầy đủ, đúng giờ; quản lý học viên trong các hoạt động do Trung tâm tổ chức; tham gia các hoạt động của tổ chuyên môn.
2. Thực hiện các quyết định của Giám đốc Trung tâm; chịu sự kiểm tra của giám đốc và các cấp quản lý giáo dục theo quy định; thực hiện nội quy của Trung tâm và các quy định của Quy chế này.
3. Giữ gìn phẩm chất, uy tín, danh dự nhà giáo; đoàn kết, giúp đỡ các đồng nghiệp; gương mẫu trước học viên, tôn trọng nhân cách, đối xử công bằng và bảo vệ các quyền và lợi ích chính đáng của học viên.
4. Giáo viên cần không ngừng bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ, cải tiến phương pháp giảng dạy để nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo. Cập nhật những kiến thức mới đem đến cho người học những kiến thức cập nhật bắt kịp với thời đại.
