Trong trường hợp sau khi Bên B nhận

Trong trường hợp sau khi Bên B nhận được hàng hóa (trong vòng 10 ngày kể từ khi giao nhận hàng). Hàng hóa đó phát sinh vấn đề do lỗi Bên B thì Bên B phải hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm và đền bù 100%thiệt hại cho Bên A.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In the event after Party B receiving the merchandise (within 10 days after delivery). Goods which arise problems due to error on the side of B, then B must fully take responsibility and compensate 100% of the damages to party A.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

In case Party B after receiving the goods (within 10 days after delivery). Goods problems that arise due to faults Party B, Party B shall be fully responsible for and compensates 100% damage to Party A.
