Tôi đã từng đọc một bài viết từ một blogger nói về việc cô ấy bị xa thải chỉ sau một tuần làm việc. Mặc dù cô ấy tốt nghiệp từ một trường đại học có tiếng, có kinh nghiệm nhiều năm, và có chỉ số IQ cao. Nhưng vấn đề là cô ấy không thích hợp tác với người khác vị sợ nói chuyện với họ. Do đó, quản lý đã xa thải cô vì họ cần một nhân viên có biết làm việc nhóm và hoà đồng với mọi người.
