Bên A chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát và vận hành nhằm bảo đảm chất lượng hàng hóa và dịch vụ do bên A cung cấp.
Tư vấn, đào tạo, bố trí nhân sự pha chế, nhân viên phục vụ, cửa hàng trưởng… đúng tiêu chuẩn và chuyên nghiệp.
Bố trí nhân sự (nhân viên tư vấn hỗ trợ) có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong ngành kinh doanh dịch vụ, kỹ thuật bảo trì máy móc thăm viếng bên B (ít nhất 1 lần/tháng) để tư vấn và giải quyết kịp thời những yêu cầu, khó khăn của bên B.
Tư vấn giải pháp kinh doanh nhằm giúp bên B kinh doanh hiệu quả.
Đảm bảo kiểm soát nguồn nguyên vật liệu đầu vào một cách tốt nhất, an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm.
Các phát sinh về việc kiểm soát, vận hành khác (nếu có).
