Hai bên có trách nhiệm thực hiện đúng cam kết quy định tại hợp đồng này. Mọi sai sót khác khi thực hiện của một bên, xuất phát từ những nguyên nhân chủ quan hoặc khách quan, đều phải được thông báo kịp thời cho bên kia.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The two sides have the responsibility to implement the commitment stipulated in this contract. All other errors made by one side, comes from the subjective or objective, must be reported promptly to the other party.

Both parties are responsible for implementing the commitment specified in this contract. All other errors when done by a party, the causes stem from subjective or objective, must be promptly notified to the other party.
