k) Trừ trường hợp do lỗi của Bên Bá

k) Trừ trường hợp do lỗi của Bên Bán, Bên Bán được miễn trừ trách nhiệm đối với các tranh chấp, khiếu kiện của bên thứ ba đối với các hành vi của Bên Mua có liên quan đến việc ký kết và thực hiện Hợp Đồng này cũng như trong quá trình Bên Mua sử dụng và định đoạt Căn Hộ. Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp Đồng, nếu phát sinh các tranh chấp của bên thứ ba đối với Bên Mua làm thiệt hại đến quyền lợi hợp pháp của Bên Bán hoặc làm ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ thi công của Dự Án (trừ trường hợp do lỗi của Bên Bán) thì Bên Mua phải có trách nhiệm bồi thường các thiệt hại thực tế phát sinh cho Bên Bán;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

k) unless the fault of the seller, the seller is exempt from liability for the dispute, complaints of third parties with regard to the behaviour of the buyer related to the conclusion and implementation of this Contract as well as in the process of the buyer to use and dispose of the apartment. In the course of performing the contract, if any third party disputes for the buyer to do damage to the legitimate rights of the seller or do affect the progress of the project (unless the fault of Seller) then the buyer is responsible for actual damages claims arising for the seller;

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

k) Unless the fault of the Seller, the Seller is excluded from liability for disputes and claims of third parties against acts of the Purchaser relating to the signing and implementation of the Agreement as well as during the Purchaser to use and dispose of the Apartment. During the implementation of this Agreement, if incurred for third-party dispute against the Purchaser prejudicing the legitimate interests of the Seller or to affect the progress of construction of the Project (except where due Seller's fault), the Purchaser shall have the responsibility to compensate the actual loss incurred by the Seller;
