Trong đó, doanh số bán hàng của xe lắp ráp trong nước tăng 48% còn xe nhập khẩu tăng 74% so với cùng kì năm 2014. Như vậy, có thể dễ dàng nhận thấy sự tăng trưởng vượt bậc của thị trường ô tô Việt Nam trong năm 2015 và đặc biệt là của dòng xe nhập khẩu.
