- Tiếp nhận thông tin, xử lí và giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng
- Tư vấn và giới thiệu cho khách hàng các thông tin về tour nội địa, tour nước ngoài, khách sạn và các dịc vụ du lịch khác của Công ty.
- Ghi nhân các thông tin về yêu cầu, ý kiến và khiếu nại của khách hàng
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để xử lí các vấn đề của khách hàng.
