Bên cạnh đó, kết quả khảo sát ý kiến chỉ ra rằng đa số doanh nghiệp thiếu sự chủ động trong việc nhận diện rủi ro tài chính, doanh nghiệp ít hoặc không có mô hình dự báo rủi ro.
