Hệ thống báo cháy được công ty lắp đặt khắp xưởng, 67 tổ hợp báo cháy được kết nối với 2 tủ báo cháy trung tâm, có bảo vệ trực theo dõi, các điều kiện chữa cháy luôn sẵn sàng khi có tình huống cháy xảy ra…
Tuy nhiên, trong năm 2015, Công ty đã xảy ra 3 vụ tai nạn lao động. Theo đại diện Công ty, đây là do điều kiện khách quan ngoài dự báo, không mong muốn của Công ty, mặc dù Công ty đã nỗ lực cao trong thực hiện công tác an toàn vệ sinh lao động, phòng chống cháy nổ nghiêm ngặt.
Theo đại diện Ban quản lý các khu công nghiệp tỉnh, Ninh Bình hiện có 4 khu công nghiệp (khu công nghiệp Khánh Phú, khu công nghiệp Tam Điệp, khu công nghiệp Gián Khẩu, khu công nghiệp Phúc Sơn), chấp thuận đầu tư khoảng 100 dự án, đến nay mới có hơn 40 dự án hoạt động, với 28 nghìn lao động. Tại các khu công nghiệp hầu như các doanh nghiệp đã quan tâm đến cải thiện môi trường làm việc cũng như thực hiện công tác an toàn vệ sinh lao động, phòng chống cháy nổ.
