khi tôi được nhận vào công ty thực tập, tôi may mắn được bố trí với nhiều người làm việc chuyên nghiệp tại phòng, tôi có thể học hỏi và trau dồi kiến thức.
Trong tuần đầu, tôi được giao nhiệm vụ photo tài liệu và giao tài liệu cho các phòng ban khác. Mặc dù thấy công việc rất dễ nhưng tôi là sinh viên chưa được tiếp xúc với công việc này nhưng tôi được sự giúp đỡ của các anh chị trong phòng ban.
Công việc của phòng này không nhiều lắm nhưng có thể trong tuần thứ hai ngoài làm việc photo và giao tài liệu, tôi học thêm được phong cách làm việc của các nhân viên khác, đi làm đúng giờ, nhân viên luôn chào hỏi vào buổi sáng, đi làm sớm để dọn dẹp, pha trà nước vào mỗi sáng.
Sau ba tuần tôi đã làm quen với mọi việc thì các anh chị trong công ty giao cho tôi đánh máy tài liệu, tôi rất tiếc trong quá trình học không đánh máy nhanh nhưng sau quá trình luyện tập tôi đã làm nhanh hơn. Các nhân viên giao cho tôi những hồ sơ, sổ sách có liên quan đến công ty, phòng ban, tôi đã lên web xem để tìm hiểu. do tôi là sinh viên ngành anh văn thương mại nên các anh chị giao cho tôi dịch tài liệu.
Sau một thời gian tôi đã thành thạo mọi việc, đi sớm, biết cách giao tiếp và học được nhiều kĩ năng giao tiếp của mọi người trong công ty, học cách sắp xếp bàn làm việc gọn gàng ngăn nắp, học cách mặc đồng phục phù hợp với môi trường làm việc, kiến thức được áp dụng. Trong quá trình làm việc các anh chị nhờ dịch tài liệu nên tôi có thể sử dụng tiếng anh trong quá trình học để dịch, đôi khi trong phòng ban có người nước ngoài thì tôi có thể giao tiếp với họ để có hợp đồng hoặc giải quyết cho công ty
