In case the Buyer may demand mortgage apartment bought for credit institutions operating in Vietnam before the Purchaser shall be certified to the Purchaser prior written notice to the Seller and the Purchaser do necessary procedures prescribed by the bank.
In case the Buyer has not taken delivery of the apartment from the Seller that the Purchaser may demand the transfer this contract to a third party, the parties must comply contract transfer procedures prescribed by law for housing. Seller shall not levy any transfer fee contract when the procedures for certifying the transfer of the contract to the Purchaser.
