4. Căn cứ TCVN 4617:1988 Kiểm tra không phá hủy – Phương pháp thẩm thấu PT
5. Căn cứ TCXD 170:1989 Kết cấu thép. Gia công lắp ráp và nghiệm thu. Yêu cầu kĩ thuật.
6. Căn cứ theo Quyết định số 72/QĐ-BXD ngày 18/3/2013 và Quyết định bổ sung phép thử số 241/QĐ-BXD ngày 05/8/2013 của Bộ Xây dựng về việc công nhận năng lực thực hiện các phép thử của Phòng Thí nghiệm chuyên ngành xây dựng LAS-XD 426 trực thuộc Liên hiệp KHCN Địa chất Nền móng và Kiểm định Xây dựng (UGFC).
