Hỗ trợ công tác đào tạo và đào tạo lại kể cả trong nước và ngoài nước, đặc biệt là các nghiệp vụ kinh doanh ngân hàng hiện đại, kịp thời có các văn bản làm căn cứ pháp lý và cơ sở nghiệp vụ để mở rộng các sản phẩm, dịch vụ như: dịch vụ thanh toán điện tử, thẻ thanh toán quốc tế, séc du lịch….
Bổ sung lao động đảm bảo đủ biên chế hoàn thành công việc, hạn chế tình trạng làm việc quá tải, tạo điều kiện về thời gian cho cán bộ nhân viên học tập nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn
Tăng cường cơ sở vật chất, đảm bảo đủ mặt bằng giao dịch, tăng cường hướng hiện đại hóa các trang thiết bị kỹ thuật phục vụ cho hoạt động kinh doanh.
Tiến hành đơn giản hóa hồ sơ vay vốn, hoặc bỏ bớt những biểu mẫu không cần thiết nhưng đảm bảo đúng pháp luật.
