Chương trình đào tạo quy định rõ các khối kiến thức và thể hiện sự cân đối cần thiết giữa nội dung các khối kiến thức và kỹ năng, giữa lý thuyết và thực hành, tiếp cận với các chương trình đào tạo nước ngoài, chú trọng tới việc đào tạo tư duy mang tính hệ thống, đảm bảo cho người học vừa tích luỹ kiến thức lý luận vừa có điều kiện thực hành và vận dụng một cách phù hợp. Tất cả các môn học trong chương trình đều có quan hệ chặt chẽ với chuẩn đầu ra, đồng thời cũng có sự liên thông bổ trợ lẫn nhau. Mục tiêu và chuẩn đầu ra của Chương trình được cụ thể hóa rõ ràng và phổ biến rộng rãi, phản ánh được yêu cầu của các bên liên quan và nhu cầu phát triển của xã hội, phù hợp với chiến lược phát triển của Khoa.
