(f) NCC có trách nhiệm bảo vệ quyền

(f) NCC có trách nhiệm bảo vệ quyền của người lao động trong việc kết hợp tự do, tham gia hoặc không tham gia nghiệp đoàn lao dộng, tìm kiếm sự đại diện, các hội đồng chung của người lao động theo quy định của pháp luật. Người lao động phải có thể trao đổi cởi mở với cấp quản lý của NCC về điều kiện làm việc mà không sợ bị trả thù, đe dọa hoặc quấy rối

(f) the NCC is responsible for protecting the rights of workers in the combined freely, join or not join labor unions, seek representation painting, the General Council of workers under the provisions of the law. Workers must be able to open communication with management level of the NCC regarding working conditions without fear of retaliation, intimidation or harassment

Workers must be able to communicate openly with management of NCC about working conditions without fear of reprisal, intimidation or harassment
