Tất nhiên là không có tình trạng ấy, nếu tất cả chúng ta bỏ xe ôtô và…trèo lên yên xe đạp. Điều này cũng là cơ hội để giảm ô nhiễm tiếng ồn,vì như ta biết là trong thành phố, 80% tiếng ồn có nguồn gốc từ xe cộ.
