I am Katie from Sunwah Foundation, Hanoi. Please find the latest version of itinerary for GYLN team in Hanoi from 18 to 22 Dec as attached. Please also note down these following points:

- For Hong Kong and Canada members who arrive on 18 Dec: Please help confirm your participation in the trip on 19 Dec AM for our early booking (by tomorrow).

- For those who have already collected or will collect their T-shirts, please remember to bring them to the event. As the weather in Hanoi is cold, please wear a long-sleeve shirt underneath the GYLN T-shirt.

- There is an unforeseen short VIP reception in the early evening of 19th and that all members who have already arrived will need to attend. The Hong Kong and Canada Chapter members may also perform at the reception. We are still waiting for final confirmation about the time and arrangements for the reception and will let you know once confirmed.

Please let me know ASAP if there is any revision needed (your flight schedule, preparation for performances, etc.)

For Angel from Macau GYLN: please help forward this email to Wong Chi Kei and Chan Man as I do not have their emails.
