Lễ hội Đền Đô diễn ra trong 3 ngày (từ 14 – 16 tháng 3 âm lịch) nhưng chính hội là ngày 16/3 - ngày vua Lý Thái Tổ lên ngôi, có lễ trình thánh, rước kiệu long trọng.
