Sản phẩm sẽ được đóng gói theo cách sau đây: (i) phù hợp với các tiêu chuẩn công nghiệp, (ii) phù hợp với các yêu cầu của LGEVH về hình thức và nội dung của bao bì, những yêu cầu này LGEVH có thể đưa ra cho NCC tùy từng thời điểm; và (iii) theo cách thỏa đáng để có thể bảo vệ Hàng hoá không bị hư hỏng hay thiệt hại vật chất, đảm bảo Hàng hoá được giao tới LGEVH an toàn. Nếu NCC muốn LGEVH hoàn trả lại vật liệu đóng gói, NCC phải ghi rõ yêu cầu này trong Phiếu giao hàng gửi tới LGEVH, và mọi chi phí để gửi trả lại vật liệu đóng gói này phải do NCC chịu
