7.1 Toàn bộ hàng hóa hàng hóa của từng Đơn hàng được bảo hành, bảo dưỡng, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật miễn phí tại chỗ tại địa điểm lắp đặt/ địa điểm chỉ định của Bên Mua trong vòng ba mươi sáu (36) tháng đối với máy chủ và mười hai (12) tháng đối với phần mềm, kể từ ngày hai bên ký Biên bản nghiệm thu kỹ thuật cuối cùng (FAC) cho Đơn hàng tương ứng như quy định tại Điều 6.3 (dưới đây được gọi chung là ”Thời hạn Bảo hành”).

7.1 the entire commodity goods of each order is warranted, maintenance, technical support and free installation location/locations specified by the buyer within thirty-six (36) months for servers and twelve (12) months for the software, since the two sides signed the minutes of the last technical trials (FAC) for the respective order as defined in Article 6.3 (below referred to as the "warranty period").
