không như sự mong đợi, đối với việt nam chúng ta , tiếng anh mới chỉ là một ngoại ngữ chứ chưa phải là ngôn ngữ thứ hai như ở các nước Singapore, Philippines. sinh viên việt nam vẫn ngại nói tiếng anh và xem tiếng anh là một nỗi lo sợ, ám ảnh. vì vậy, họ gặp rât nhiều khó khăn trong việc giao tiếp tiếng anh.
