2. Trừ trường hợp có thỏa thuận khác, khách hàng có nhu cầu đấu nối có trách nhiệm cung cấp đầy đủ các tài liệu quy định tại khoản 1 Điều này trong thời hạn sau:
a) Chậm nhất ba (03) tháng trước ngày dự kiến đưa nhà máy điện vào vận hành thử lần đầu;
b) Chậm nhất hai (02) tháng trước ngày dự kiến đưa đường dây, trạm điện vào vận hành thử lần đầu.
