Các công việc về dự án và kế hoạch triển khai PM dự án của mình sẽ trả lời chi tiết cho Bank thì chính xác hơn ạ.

- VSII đang phải làm giúp bank việc clearify từng steps (Business Scenario) để ra được Integration Points trong khi việc cung cấp final user story và hoặc srs phải diễn ra trước
- sau mỗi buổi workshop về requirement có rất nhiều vấn đề cần bank trả lời và confirm tuy nhiên do nghiệp vụ phức tạp nên cần nhiều thời gian để bank trả lời
2. scope of work chưa rõ ràng giữa các bên cần họp để thống nhất Scope of work
3. Việc Design Service Contract cần có confirm chính xác về requirement để đảm bảo không có sự khác biệt
