Ngoài việc tuân thủ đầy đủ yêu cầu của Chế độ kế toán doanh nghiệp Việt Nam hiện hành trong việc lập và trình bày báo cáo tài chính như đã đề cập tại phần III của Thuyết minh báo cáo tài chính, Báo cáo tài chính này còn tuân thủ theo quy chế quản lý nội bộ của Công ty TNHH Hải Yến. Báo cáo này không phản ánh toàn bộ giá trị tài sản, nguồn vốn và chi phí hoạt đông kinh doanh của khách sạn, nên Báo cáo tài chính này chỉ nhằm phục vụ cho mục đích quản lý nội bộ.
