Nộp electronic social insurance records qua the web portal of Vietnam Social Insurance Office
1. Người sử dụng lao động thực hiện nộp electronic social insurance records theo một trong hai cách sau:
a) Người sử dụng lao động truy cập tài khoản giao dịch bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử, thực hiện lập electronic social insurance records trực tuyến tại the web portal of Vietnam Social Insurance Office và gửi electronic social insurance records cho Vietnam Social Insurance Office;
b) Người sử dụng lao động lập electronic social insurance records bằng các phần mềm, công cụ hỗ trợ giao dịch bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử đáp ứng chuẩn định dạng dữ liệu của Vietnam Social Insurance Office; sau đó truy cập vào tài khoản giao dịch bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử để thực hiện gửi electronic social insurance records cho Vietnam Social Insurance Office.
2. Trong thời hạn 02 giờ, kể từ khi nhận được electronic social insurance records của người sử dụng lao động, Vietnam Social Insurance Office gửi thông báo xác nhận nộp electronic social insurance records qua địa chỉ thư điện tử cho người sử dụng lao động.


2. Trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận được Request for change, addition of information on registration for use of electronic transactions, Vietnam Social Insurance Office gửi thông báo xác nhận thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin đến địa chỉ thư điện tử của người sử dụng lao động.

The employers do submit electronic social insurance records in one of two ways:a) the employers to access your electronic social insurance, implementing electronic social insurance records online at the web portal of Vietnam Social Insurance Office and submit the electronic social insurance records for the Vietnam Social Insurance Office;b) The electronic employer social insurance records by using the software, the tool supports transactions in electronic social insurance standard data format of the Vietnam Social Insurance Office; then access your electronic social security to send electronic social insurance records for the Vietnam Social Insurance Office.2. within 2 hours from the receipt of the electronic social insurance records of the employers, the Vietnam Social Insurance Office to send confirmation of submission of electronic social insurance records through the electronic mail address for the employer.2. within 3 working days from the date of the Request for change, the addition of information on registration for use of electronic transactions, the Vietnam Social Insurance Office to send confirmation of change, additional information to the e-mail address of the employer.

2. Within 02 hours from the receipt of the electronic social insurance records of the employer, Vietnam Social Insurance Office sent a confirmation payment of social insurance records via electronic mail address of the employer. 2 . Within 03 working days from receipt of the Request for change, addition of information on registration for use of electronic transactions, Vietnam Social Insurance Office sent a confirmation changes, additional information to the e-mail address of the employer.
