a. Thông báo thông qua các phòng, ban, xí nghiệp, phân xưởng, đội, bộ phận, tổ sản xuất (theo từng quý).
b. Thông báo thông qua bản tin nội bộ, truyền thanh nội bộ hoặc bằng văn bản, gửi đến từng người lao động, phòng, ban, bộ phận, tổ, đội sản xuất kinh doanh.
c. Thông báo thông qua họp giao ban (định kỳ hàng tháng) và thông qua đối thoại giữa người sử dụng lao động Công ty, Ban Chấp hành Công đoàn cơ sở và người lao động.
d. Niêm yết công khai ở những địa điểm thuận lợi tại đơn vị.
đ. Thông báo qua Ban Chấp hành công đoàn cơ sở (3 tháng 1 lần )
e. Thông báo tại Hội nghị người lao động hàng năm.
