- các sản phẩm cung cấp cho bên b được ýinh theo giá bán sỉ, do bên a công bố thống nhất trong khu vực
- giá cung cấp này có thể thay đổi theo thời gian nhưng bên a sẽ thông báo trước cho bên b ít nhất là 10 ngày. Bên a không chịu trách nhiệm về sự chênh lệch giá trị tồn kho do chênh lệch giá có xảy ra.
- Tỷ lệ hoa hồng: bên b sẽ hưởng tiền hoa hồng là 10% giả trị sản phẩm
