- Bên A đảm bảo rằng các diễn viên

- Bên A đảm bảo rằng các diễn viên tham gia Bộ phim không được tiết lộ hoặc phổ biến/phát biểu công khai các thông tin liên quan đến Bộ phim, công việc thực hiện Bộ phim, các quy định trong hợp đồng này khi chưa được sự đồng ý của Bên B bằng văn bản.
- Nếu không có sự đồng ý của Bên B bằng văn bản, tất cả những khoản được nêu ở điều 8.1, Bên A không được phép tiết lộ, không được phát tán, không được sao chép, không được sử dụng dưới bất kỳ mục đích gì không liên quan đến hợp đồng.
- Bên A có trách nhiệm bảo quản và giao lại toàn bộ các tài liệu, sản phẩm, phương tiện để thực hiện Bộ phim (do Bên B hay khách hàng của Bên B là công ty Honda Việt Nam giao cho Bên A để thực hiện Bộ phim) ngay sau khi Bộ phim được Bên B nghiệm thu hoặc theo yêu cầu của Bên B. Bên A có trách nhiệm sửa chữa những phương tiện bị hư hỏng trong quá trình quay phim trước khi bàn giao lại cho Bên B hay khách hàng của Bên B, công ty Honda Việt Nam. Nếu Bên A không sửa chữa hoặc chậm trễ trong việc sửa chữa những phương tiện bị hư hỏng, Bên B sẽ thực hiện việc sửa chữa toàn bộ các phương tiện bị hư hỏng này và Bên A sẽ thanh toán chi phí sửa chữa hoặc Bên B sẽ khấu trừ chi phí sửa chữa này vào số tiền phải thanh toán cho Bên A theo Hợp đồng.
- Sau khi hợp đồng hoàn tất (Bên B nghiệm thu, nhận bàn giao toàn bộ 52 tập phim của Bộ phim và thanh toán hết cho Bên A), Bên A có trách nhiệm lưu giữ, bảo mật các tài liệu sau:
