Tôi viết email này để nói về dịch vụ chuyển hàng của công ty kẹo HV. Vào những ngày gần tết lượng kẹo bán ra tăng nhanh. Cửa hàng của tôi đã đặt hàng của công ty kẹo HV là 10000kg kẹo. Giao hàng vào ngày 1/1/2016, nhưng đến ngày 5/1/2016 tôi mới nhận được hàng.
Tôi đề nghị công ty phải chịu trách nhiệm về sự chậm trễ đó, để chúng ta còn sự giao dịch sau này
