Trong trường hợp xảy ra thiên tai, chiến tranh, bạo động, nội chiến, đình công phá hoại hoặc các ảnh hưởng khác như rắc rối của hệ thống giao thông công cộng hay bất kỳ các trường hợp bất khả kháng khác không thể biết trước và ngoài sự kiểm soát của cả hai bên, bên chịu bất khả kháng sẽ không phải chịu trách nhiệm đối với sự trì hoãn hoặc không thực hiện nghĩa vụ nêu trong Hợp Đồng nhưng phải thông báo ngay cho bên kia biết, nếu không thông báo hoặc thông báo không kịp thời thì phải bồi thường thiệt hại.
