Mô hình tổ chức bộ máy quản lý của công ty:
Đứng đầu Công ty là Giám đốc Công ty. Giám đốc tổ chức điều hành mọi hoạt động của Công ty, chịu trách nhiệm cá nhân trước pháp luật và cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về mọi hoạt động của Công ty. Giúp việc cho Giám đốc có Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh và Trợ Lý Giám đốc được phân công phụ trách một hoặc một số lĩnh vực hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty và chịu trách nhiệm trước Giám đốc về công việc được giao. Trong trường hợp Giám đốc vắng mặt thì Trợ lý Giám đốc là người thay mặt Giám đốc điều hành mọi hoạt động của Công ty.
Cơ cấu tổ chức bộ máy của Công ty, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn của các đơn vị và bộ phận trực thuộc Công ty cũng như mối quan hệ công tác giữa các đơn vị và bộ phận nói trên do Giám đốc qui định cụ thể cho phù hợp với tình hình thực tế của từng năm, từng giai đoạn nhất định, bảo đảm cho sự tồn tại và hoạt động hiệu quả của Công ty.
Hiện nay Công ty có các khối phòng ban như sau:
+ Khối quản lý: Các phòng ban trong khối có nhiệm vụ giúp Giám đốc trong công tác quản lý mọi hoạt động của Công ty, đặc biệt là phòng hành chính quản trị.
+ Khối kinh doanh: Bao gồm các Phòng Ban có chức năng kinh doanh. (Phòng kinh doanh vận tải, phòng kinh doanh thương mại )
+ Phòng Kế toán tài vụ - tổng hợp: Có nhiệm vụ tổ chức hạch toán kế toán, tham mưu giúp Giám đốc quản lý vốn, giám sát việc thu chi tài chính, trả lương thưởng và thanh toán các khoản thu chi của Công ty. Tổng hợp các số liệu kinh doanh hàng tháng của Công ty theo dõi thực hiện kế hoạch quản lý tài chính. Đề ra các kế hoạch hoạt động tài chính trong tương lai.
+ Phòng Tổ chức hành chính – nhân sự: Hoạt động trong tuyến tuyển dụng nhân viên, thi hành, thực hiện các chính sách chế độ của Nhà nước. Giám sát công việc của cán bộ công nhân viên.
+ Phòng Marketing: Ngoại giao, truyền thông, quảng cáo và mở rộng mạng lưới đối tác, khách hàng cho các phòng ban tương tác, đồng thời cũng thực hiện các nhiệm vụ maketing theo dự án kinh doanh được phê duyệt.
Tính đến hết Quý 3/2015, tổng số cán bộ công nhân viên chức của Công ty là 28 người làm việc trong các bộ phận. Trong đó số người đạt trình độ từ Thạc Sỹ, Đại Học đạt trên 55% trong tổng số cán bộ nhân viên của Công ty, tập trung nhiều ở Ban Giám đốc, Ban Quản lý, Bộ phận tài chính kế toán, Kinh doanh xuất nhập khẩu tổng hợp, Hành chính nhân sự, các trưởng bộ phận, marketing. Số còn lại là Cao đẳng - lao động phổ thông.
