lần đầu tiên tôi được phép làm việc nhóm là năm thứ nhất trong trường đại học của tôi. cảm xúc trong tôi lúc đó rất khó hình dung một cách rõ ràng, nhưng tôi vẫn nhớ kí ức đó thật sự thú vị. Một cảm giác mâu thuẫn hiện hữu trong đầu tôi, tôi muốn gia nhập nhóm càng nhanh càng tốt để được trình bày những kiến thức mà tôi tích lũy ở 12 năm phổ thông và muốn biết những bạn khác trong nhóm có khả năng gì để tôi so sánh và học hỏi khi hòa nhập trong một môi trường giáo dục chuyên nghiệp để sinh viên làm trung tâm và mình không còn trong tình trạng đọc chép ở các năm phổ thông. Nhưng bên cạnh đó tôi lại khá e dè khi lo sợ với nhiều câu hỏi cứ xuất hiện trong đầu liệu khả năng của tôi có làm hài lòng các bạn khác hay tôi sẽ trở thành gánh nặng cho nhóm khi mình chưa hề có bất cứ kinh nghiệm làm việc nhóm trước đây. Và đề tài của nhóm là lên kế hoạch bán một sản phẩm nào đó ra thị trường Việt Nam. Ai cũng có ý kiến riêng và đưa cho giảng viên nhận xét, có người chọn kem đánh răng hay mì ăn liền hay bán cháo dinh dưỡng cho trẻ em, có bạn muốn mở tiệm bán coffee . Nhưng cuối cùng giảng viên lại chọn đề tài của tôi: mở shop hoa. lúc đó thầy giáo nói rằng sản phẩm của các bạn cùng nhóm đã trùng lặp với các sinh viên khóa trước nên thầy chọn mở shop hoa là một đề tài khá mới mẻ và mang tính sáng tạo vì thầy muốn biết giai đoạn đầu tiên của sinh viên học chuyên ngành kinh doanh như chúng tôi đã có sẵn một khái niệm hay ý tưởng sơ đẳng nào về kinh doanh.. Và tôi cảm thấy khá phấn khích khi tôi đang có một khởi đầu thuận lợi lúc đó. Sau đó nhóm tôi trao đổi ý kiến cần phải làm gì để thực hiện một kế hoạch kinh doanh bài bản. Mấy bạn có ý kiến cho rằng cần phải về nhà hỏi người thân kinh doanh cần có các bước căn bản nào, làm gì trước và làm gì sau.
