IV. TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ THẨM QUYỀN GIAO PHÓ CHO BAN ĐIỀU HÀNH CÔNG TRƯỜNG:
Ban điều hành công trường là bộ phận trực thuộc Công ty; Ban điều hành công trường gồm: Chỉ huy trưởng công trường, phụ trách kỹ thuật công trường, trưởng ban an toàn lao động và các cán bộ công nhân viên tham mưu, giúp việc. Ban quản lý hiện trường có nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn như sau :
Thay mặt cho Công ty trong mọi công tác liên hệ làm việc trực tiếp với Chủ đầu tư, với tư vấn giám sát và tư vấn thiết kế về mọi lĩnh vực có liên quan đến công trình,
Có nhiệm vụ chuẩn bị số liệu cụ thể để nghiệm thu, thanh quyết toán từng phần ở điểm dừng kỹ thuật hoặc giai đoạn thi công.
Chịu trách nhiệm trước Giám đốc công ty về tiến độ, chất lượng công trình và mọi mặt hoạt động trên công trường do mình phụ trách.
Có quyền đề xuất ý kiến của mình về việc thực hiện mọi chế độ chính sách của Đảng và Nhà nước đối với tập thể và cá nhân tham gia thực hiện Dự án.
Phối hợp với địa phương và các đơn vị có liên quan trên địa bàn, thực hiện tốt công tác đời sống, an ninh trật tự xã hội theo quy định hiện hành của Nhà nước và địa phương theo pháp luật hiện hành.
